From Sportspark up “cycle path” and into The Avenues crossing Colman Road and continue into Avenue Road and through to Park Lane.
Left into Mill Hill Road, crossing Earlham Road into West Pottergate.
Under Grapes Hill flyover and continue all the way through Pottergate to Bedford Street and out onto London Street.
Over Bank Plain crossing, into Queen’s Street and left into Tombland.
Bear right at the Maid’s Head and continue around the Cathedral into Bishop Bridge road.
If you know the area you could try running through the Cathedral Close and out of the bottom gate onto Bishop Bridge Road and on to Bishop Bridge.
Cross Bishop Bridge and turn left towards Kett’s Hill roundabout.
Distance at Kett’s Hill roundabout is 3.6 miles from the Sportspark.
Straight over roundabout and into Gurney Road to Mousehold Avenue, the junction on the left just before ZAKS restaurant.
Left up Mousehold Avenue to the junction with Silver Road and turn left down to Barrack Street.
Turn right onto Barrack Street, move over to the left hand side and make your way to St. Crispin’s and Halford’s roundabout.
Right at Halfords’s along Barker Street and out onto Heigham Street, passing the Gibralter Garden’s PH and on to Waterworks Road.
Right at the top of Waterworks Road into Dereham Road down to Guardian Road roundabout .
Left up Guardian Road, Farrow Road and right at Earlham Road to the Fiveways, Watton Road and the Sportspark. - 8.7 miles
As it's short! - the challenge is to take on Gas Hill, down Kett's Hill then right and up Gurney Road continuing on the route.
Sportspark to 5ways left into Earlham Green Lane; right down Larkman Lane at traffic lights turn right down Dereham Road. Over ring road and continue down Dereham Road towards city direction.
At Bowthorpe Road junction it's 2.7 miles.
Continue down Dereham Road to Grapes Hill, turn right up to Chapelfield roundabout.
Along Chapelfield crossing St Stephens onto Queen's Road.
At Hall Road junction it's 4.6 miles.
Turn right down Hall Road to Cecil Road, turn right and continue to Ipswich Road.
Turn left down Ipswich Road and right into Lime Tree Road.
Cross Newmarket Road into Christchurch road and continue through to The Avenues.
Turn left and follow The Avenues through to Bluebell Road.
Return via the Cycle path 8 .1 miles

From the Sportspark up to the Watton Road; left and cross at lights into Wilberforce Rd.; Right at Taylor Rd. up and into Larkman Lane and down to traffic lights at Dereham Rd.
Cross at lights and down Marlpit Lane at the bottom turn right into Hellesdon Rd.; Continue out onto Dereham Rd. cross the “ring-road” heading up towards the City. Left into Waterworks Rd. and left at traffic lights into Mile Cross Rd. over the bridge and right into Havers Rd. At the junction with Drayton Rd. cross over and up Junction Rd. turning right at the top onto Aylsham Rd. heading towards the City.
Right into St Martin's Rd. and continue down Oak St. over the Inner Ring Rd through to Coslany St. out onto Westwick St. and make your way to Wellington Lane which runs parallel with Grapes Hill. It’s 5.5 miles at the top of Grapes Hill. Navigate across and onto Chapel Field Rd. turning right at roundabout into St. Stephen's Rd. At the fork keep right and continue the length of Newmarket Rd but turn left into Sunningdale after the Eaton Rd traffic lights. Follow through Greenways to Eaton Church St. and traffic lights by the Flyover. Cross into Bluebell Lane, when you reach the cycle path to the Sportspark , turn left and 2 mins to the Finish.
From Sportspark up the cycle path and right onto Bluebell Rd. left up Southpark Avenue to Farmhouse ph and right onto Colman Rd. Continue along ring road to Hall Rd roundabout, it's 3 miles to here. Continue along ringroad to County Hall roundabout it's 4 miles to here. Left and up Bracondale. Turn right into King St. and continue through Koblenz Av. to Thorpe Station. Cross over to Riverside Rd. to Ketts Hill roundabout, it's 5.5 miles here. Left onto Barrack St. and thro to Halfords turning left into Barker St. and out onto Heigham St. along to the Gibralter ph crossing traffic lights into Waterworks Rd. then right down Dereham road and left up Guardian Rd., Farrow Rd. turning right onto Earlham Rd., then the 5 Ways and continue on to the Sportspark. circa 9.7 miles.
From Sportspark straight across road and into meadow, down to the woods and out onto the metal road and over the iron bridge.
Left down steps/slope and along footpath beside river to the slope that leads up to Colney Lane.
Along Colney Lane and over the Newmarket road flyover turning right into Cringleford Green. Left onto Keswick Road, then right down Intwood Road and over railway crossing.
Left onto trail that runs beside the A47 and up onto lane for Keswick Hall. Turn left heading down to cross over Low road and into Mill Lane. Just before cottages turn right onto track that leads to the Mulbarton Road, turn left down to traffic lights at junction with Ipswich Road. Up Ipswich Road, then left down Marston Lane and out onto Church Street, Eaton.
Continue onto Bluebell Road through to the 5 Ways, then left down the Watton Road and left into the Sportspark Drive.
